Cabinologist's Crepe Mix - Whole Wheat treat from Northern Minnesota

Ingredients:     
Unbleached wheat flour, Whole wheat flour, Nonfat dry milk, Salt.

Preparation:

Preheat a griddle over med-high heat and lightly coat with butter.

In large bowl whisk together until well blended 1 cup Cabinologist's Crepe Mix with 1¼ water or milk. Add 3 eggs and 1 tbs vanilla. The batter should be thin.

Pour ¼ cup portions of batter onto griddle for each crepe. Tilt the griddle with a circular motion until batter forms an 8" circle. Cook approximately 1 minute each side until lightly brown. Lightly coat the griddle with butter before each crepe. 

Serve crepes with fresh fruit, Nutella, or ham and cheese. Drizzle with maple syrup, molasses, fruit syrup or lemon and powdered sugar.
