Wheat n Malt Pancake - Simple and delicious. Another version of our complete pancake mix.

Ingredients:     
Whole wheat flour, Unbleached wheat flour, Enriched wheat flour, Nonfat dry milk powder, Sugar, Buttermilk shortening powder, Dried egg powder, Aluminum free baking powder (calcium phosphate, baking soda, corn starch), Malt powder, Salt.

Preparation:

Pancake & Waffle Preparation:

Preheat griddle to point where a water drop will dance! (about 400°F) light buttering will reduce sticking and improve color.

Add 1 part mix to 1 part water. That's it! 

Pan fry ¼ cup portions of batter turning when air bubbles break.. cake will be golden brown.

Serves 4 to 5.
